Just in time for the summer, i'd like to share you a smoothie recipe i tried this weekend (sorry i forgot to capture how it looks).
All ingredients are easy to found in your favorite supermarkets.

Banana, Strawberry and Pineapple
Ingredients:
1 cup fat-free, plain yogurt
6 medium strawberries
1 cup pineapple, crushed, canned in juice
1 medium banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 ice cubes
Procedure:
Place all ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth. Serve in frosted glass.
